Congratulations on your Sport-Stix purchase. We are confident in the quality of our equipment and our Product Guarantee further enhances the value of your purchase – you can feel secure in your decision to buy Sport-Stix products. Sport-Stix guarantees to you, the original consumer-purchaser, that all Sport-Stix products are free of defects in material and/or workmanship when delivered to you.

The sun and weather are the two biggest factors that contribute to the wear and tear of most plastic equipment. Properly storing Sport-Stix during the off-season or when not in use will help control the ultraviolet radiation exposure that breaks down many plastic-based products.

Keeping Sport-Stix properly stored will also limit exposure to damaging weather issues like temperature change, evaporation, freeze/thaw cycles and heavy winds.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE 

Sport-Stix products should provide many years of use when taken care of properly. Sport-Stix plastic-based products are covered by a One (1) Year product guarantee on materials and workmanship, and all other Sport-Stix products are covered by a Six (6) Month product guarantee on materials and workmanship. 

If you are experiencing an issue with any Sport-Stix product, please contact Sport-Stix for prompt and accurate assistance. Sport-Stix will repair or replace any product that has defects or that has failed during the guarantee period set forth above under normal use, and will cover shipping costs (standard ground shipping) for delivery to you of the repaired/replaced item. This guarantee does not include defects or damage caused by improper use, accidents, fire, flood, wind, hail or other Acts of God, extraordinary impact, vandalism, riot or civil disorder, misuse, abuse, exposure to harmful fumes, vapors or chemical pollutants in the atmosphere or otherwise, and does not cover deterioration due to normal wear and tear. Unauthorized alteration or modification of any Sport-Stix product will void this guarantee.

RETURNS

All requests must be processed directly through Sport-Stix. Damaged or defective products must be properly packaged and shipped back to Sport-Stix. Please contact Sport-Stix to arrange for the shipment of the damaged or defective product. Your request will be processed upon receipt.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping costs of repaired or replaced products are for standard ground shipping via Sport-Stix preferred shipping agent in the continental U.S.

Sport-Stix offers a Thirty (30) Day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Sport-Stix purchase, Sport-Stix will refund the purchase price (not including any special shipping selected by you at the time of purchase). To receive a refund, a return must be initiated within 30 days of the date that you received your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@sport-stix.com. Please use the term RETURN in the subject area of your email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@sport-stix.com.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

PRODUCTS COVERED BY GUARANTEE 

Sport-Stix products are defined as products designed, manufactured, and branded by Sport-Stix. Sport-Stix makes no guarantees either expressed or implied other than as set forth herein and shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages with respect to Sport-Stix products covered by this guarantee; its complete liability and the owner’s exclusive remedy being limited to repair or replacement on the basis stated herein. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This guarantee will not apply to Sport-Stix products sold outside of the United States and Canada. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may have other legal rights which may vary from state to state.

Sport-Stix reserves the right to make any modifications or changes to this Product Guarantee at any time without any prior written or verbal notice to the consumer.
